I had it out of the box and activated in less than 10 minutes.I have been waiting outside since 9 am this moring and have still not been able to activate my phone! THis is honestly the worst product related experience I have ever had!

I agree the servers are slammed, but At&T had to know that would be the case. Honestly, theyy knew it would be this way and should have been preparedExactly, it's not a poor activation process. It's just very high demand for the servers.
