How to assign actual songs as your ring tone and contacts

You'll have to either buy it as a ringtone, or create your own. You can create them in iTunes. They have to be in m4r format.

When you do have a ringtone imported or just want to assign a certain time to a contact here is how.
Click on contacts

Select your person

Select edit

Select ringtone and assign

Btw that number is disconnected. Why I chose it.

Get a program called iRinger. IRinger.net is their page. This program let's you make a ringtone in 3 steps from any song you have on your computer.
It will even import it directly to iTunes for you.

you can create ringtones for free without any software using ringer.org, just make sure to choose M4R format there
and then export them to your phone via iTunes

Or you can just get a free app called Ringtone Converter. Works great with whatever song you want, and is so simple even I can do it!
