How can I save screenshot?

I'd like to save the screenshot of the current loaded iPhone app. Could anyone pls advice how to do it?

To take a screen shot hit the home and power button simultaneously. If your phone is not on mute you will hear the shutter sound.
This pic will be in your camera roll.
