How can I see what app my iPhone is using to sync contacts?

I wanted to know where my iPhone is syncing my contacts and calendar to. I look under outlook but it is not there. Also is there a way to sync the contacts from my phone that is already saved to the phone to outlook.

To see where iTunes is syncing your contacts (iTunes on a PC):

> Open iTunes.
> Place your iPhone in the cradle.
> Select your iPhone's name.
> Click the Info tab.
> Change it to "Sunc contacts from: Outlook" if you want Outlook to be you contact sync.
