how come i cant add videos to iTunes

this happened to me before I downloaded the new quicktime.

try to go to the Apple store and view a video. It might throw you a quicktime error.

Then uninstall and reinstall quicktime if you haven't tried that already.

Yeah, if the video is not encoded just right, it won't show up.

I use "Total Video Converter" to convert .flv videos.
And i also use "Jodix Free iPod Converter" to make the iPhone movies.

You can also use iTunes to do that, if you right-click the video file, after importing it, and finding it in the "Movies" section. It is WAY slower than the Jodix free one, though.
