How do i get thsis ite NOT to send me a email everytime someone replys?

i cant seem to find any options to disable this its very annoying everytime someone responds to a thread i get an email

Click on the UserCP link above.
Click edit opions.
Change Default Thread Subscription Mode to "do not subscribe".

For the threads you are already getting emailed on, just click the unsubscribe link in the email.
