How do I transfer my iPhone/Mac Contacts to my work laptop Outlook

Hi...I have a ton of contacts in my iPhone and Mac but just started a new job and would like to transfer them to my HP laptop Outlook....How do I do that without having to input by hand? Thanks so much, Jim

Where do you sync your contacts now? Just through iTunes?

Open Address Book on your Mac and open it to all contacts. Command A to select all, then go to File>Export>Export vCard. You should be able to import this file into Outlook.

I normally sync from my Mac to my iPhone through iTunes....

Kadelic provided probably the easiest solution. I thought maybe if you synced through Google that would be an easy method also.

Thanks Kadelic...So far I e-mailed the vCard file on to my laptop...I don't know how to merge it into outlook? Any ideas?

Under your file menu in Outlook go to Import Files and import the file you just created.
