How Long Did You Wait?

No problems.
I arrived at an AT&T store around 4:00 p.m. and was #124 in line. After the doors opened at 6:00, I had my 8GB phone and was out the door at 6:25. I was amazed that they were able to accommodate so many people so quickly.
At this particular store, there probably weren't more than 50 more people lined up behind me before the doors opened. I believe I could have arrived at 7:00 and walked right in...no waiting. This store was in the suburbs of Dallas.

1. 6 Hours, 15 minutes
2. I was #4, #3 to purchase.
3. 8gb (obviously I got one if I waited 6 hours in line, and was #4. lol)
Boy do I feel lucky I picked a little known AT&T Store which is a 45 miinute drive from my house I showed up at 2:45 and was number 6 in line. By 5:00 there were 35 people waiting, i got my 8gb was in the store with the first group of 10, total 3 hour wait wa snot bad at all.

at least you got one, right!? plus if my predictions are correct, some 3rd party portable HD will be released by xmas. whether a usb flash drive or something else, i think someone will make a 10gb or bigger HD that plugs into the bottom. it may require the plug that came with it...using the usb end to connect to.

1. I took a half day from work, and drove to the store 4 times to see if there was any line. There was no line until 4:30 when I got there. So i technically waited in line for 1.5 hours.I don't know if someone has already created a thread like this, but im curious...
