How long does it take for AT&T lower my deposit?

I'm a Verizon customer with the iPhone 4 32GB.

1.) I called AT&T Sales yesterday to run a credit check, and it came back approved at $150. How long should I wait to run another credit check, and hopefully it will be $0?

2.) Can I keep my iPhone, and activate it on a AT&T network? AT&T said no, because it's activated outside of their network. If I can't keep my iPhone. Not being expensive, which iPhone can I get from AT&T?

3.) the final. Between iPhones, plans, and coverage, and everything else. Which is better Verizon, or AT&T?

Your deposit amount all depends on your credit. It will decrease when your credit improves.
The only way to use your AT&T phone on another network is to have it unlocked.
You will get a lot of debate on carrier preference. All depends on coverage and the area you live/ are in most.
