how to back up phone book? Raed! please help

Im going to change my phone because its not working properly i don't want to lose my phonebook i don't know how to save that phonebook so i don't have to recopy whole think on the other phone please help Thanks

I think the phonebook should copy by itself over to your new replacement iPhone.

But, if you wanted to backup your phonebook, I think iCal and Outlook bit have "Export" and "Import" options under "File". Just Export your data to a file on your PC. Then in case you need it back again, if something blows up, you can Import it.
