How To: Download a file from the Internet

Here's a real world example:

I still fussing with getting NES sound. I've created the profile thing and uploaded it to my webhost. Now I need it on my phone:

curl -o ~/.profile http://www.rghware.com/iPhone/profile

(I'm away from my normal iPhone hacking tools and software)

EDIT: I think curl is in the bin-kit thing and obviously, you'll need the vt-100 terminal (thing pwns btw).

Probably should just read the man file myself but do you have to specify target filename, or can you just
curl -o ~/ remote_file

Honestly, I'd have to look too. I'm more of a windows guy *ignores the boos and hisses*

Also, I forgot to mention, I frequently get a host not found message if safari hasn't resolved the host rescently - odd.
