How to send text messages to more than one recipient?

I agree. Fortunately I didn't use that feature much on my old phone. However, Apple has made it somewhat clear there will be software updates soon that will cover little features (presumably features such as this one). That was news to hear.
I highly doubt it. More than likely these updates we hear about will never happen. If it was so easily accomplished, the phone would have had these features already....
Apple is known for new updates and I'm sure there will be many improvements made for the iPhone. There is no way they expect us to use these ringers forever.
How could that be difficult to accomplish if every other phone has that feature standard? I'm sure there were just temporary conflicts to these little features that caused them to pass up on them in order to perfect others and roll it out on time. There was an insider claiming the chat application will be coming "very, very soon" and there is already one CONFIRMED update Q3 2007.

Apple is probably the best company in the world about updates. They are no cell phone company, that's for sure.
I really hope and believe this feature issue will be updated / addressed as this is something that is so standard on most phones now and I know I have always used it. It has been a bit of a pain not having it on the iPhone but will be happy to wait a little bit if they are planning on fixing it.
