i downloaded apptapp how do i install it onto my phone. can someone please help me

connect your phone to your computer. Exit iTunes.

Run Apptap and follow the prompts on the screen.

I think the previous post was pretty clear.....
connect your phone to your computer. Exit iTunes. Run Apptap (double click on it) and follow the prompts on the screen.

when i open it i click contents then a folder named macOS, resources come up and 2 files named pkginfo and info.

when ever i click on any of the files it says pick a program to open it with.
