Okay. I was on Twitter and I read a tweet that linked to this site with this screen shot. Um, yeah, rumors are heating up and it could be that photoshop got some use here. IDK, but if it's true, it looks good to me! I'd buy it.

iPhone 5 Screenshot Leak Suggests 64GB Handset

By Adriana Lee on September 8, 2011 (2 hours ago) in iPhone, Rumors

Whenever we’re on the brink of a new gadget unveiling, the rumors always seem to heat up, and Apple devices are no exception. The iPhone 5 is expected next month, but with stories about another lost prototype in the wild, fuzzy sightings, and supposed phone “snapshots” surfacing, it has all seemed kind of vague, no? Well, until now, that is.
Here’s the latest: PocketNow purports that it has a screenshot from the settings app of an actual iPhone 5 testing unit rocking iOS 5 (beta 7). The About page suggests that we’re looking at the dawn of a new 64GB iPhone — the very first Apple handset of this storage capacity tier. The site also notes that, in light of rumors of Apple tossing out the home button and going with a virtual one set in a larger screen, this configuration “apparently allows for a larger screen, although no specific dimensions were given.”
So iFans, would you jump at the chance for a 64GB iPhone? How would you feel if all those iPhones that are reportedly being made right now are being assembled without a home button, but with a bigger screen?

Unfortunately, the originator of this story - PocketNow - has posted that this is a Hoax.

it just that their are other phones out now that offer a max size of 48gb. I would think that Apple would match it.

Just an FYI, you can spoof your 'About' screen with a simple Cydia tweak. Although this is probably going to become a reality I think this picture is a fake.

The size issue has reared it's ugly head again. It is being reported today on lots of sites that the iPhone 5 may come in 16 - 32 and 64G capacities.

Here is 9to5 Mac's article on this:

Next iPhone to likely come in 64GB, 32GB, and 16GB capacities

Following the news that Apple’s new iPhone N94 device has appeared in the Apple internal inventory system, we are now hearing that this new iPhone will come in three storage capacities. Given that we’ve also heard from manufacturing sources that Apple has at least been prototyping 64GB versions of the new iPhone, we would say it’s fairly likely that Apple’s new iPhone will come in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities; just like the iPad.
In all fairness, it is also plausible that the new iPhone will come in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB capacities, but the appearance of a tweaked iPhone 4 (N90A) seems to refute that. Provided that the 8GB iPhone 4 rumor is correct, it would make little sense for Apple to produce both an 8GB iPhone 4 and an 8GB iPhone 4S. For those who have been wondering – and who isn’t? – each of these capacities will come in both black and white. Thanks, Mr. X!

Here is an article from MacRumors:
http://www.macrumors.com/2011/09/30/iphone-4s-n94-to-come-in-16gb-32gb-and-64gb-sizes/

According to 9to5Mac source Mr. X, the upcoming "N94" next generation iPhone is being stocked by Apple in 3 different capacities. The iPhone 4 currently comes in only two capacities: 16GB and 32GB. They are interpreting this to mean that the next generation iPhone will come in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities. However, they can't be certain. The three different sizes could conceivably be 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB, or some other combination altogether. All that is known is that the upcoming "N94" model will be available in three different capacities.

However, this isn't the first time we've heard of a 64GB iPhone. In March, a prototype 64GB iPhonemodel began making the rounds in China.
The owner of this engineered prototype told us that he got it from a source who has a small quantity of these prototypes. They are definitely leaked from Foxconn's factory in Shenzhen. What's more, according to the owner, he believes that the next iPhone will bring 64GB storage capacity to users.
The circulating model at the time was an iPhone 4 design with 64GB of internal storage, revealing that Apple had been working on such a model at some point.

Apple will be introducing the next iPhone on October 4th during a media event held on Apple's campus. So far, there has been evidence of a revised iPhone 4 model, rumored to be of 8GB capacity, and this N94 next generation iPhone which will be coming in 3 sizes. The N94 carries the same overall look as the iPhone 4, but is believed to incorporate a much faster processor (A5) and better camera (8 megapixel).

Very plausable! For the iPhone 4S, if they offer that, it might come in two capacities.

I have been reading where a lot of people are saying that there will only be one iPhone released and the iPhone 4 will be the low end deal like the 3GS became when the iPhone 4 came out.

We don't have much longer to find out though.

This is so exciting!

I think having a 64 GB model is great news for those who need/want it. I wouldn't be surprised to see the price for that model rise a 100 above the 32 GB model.

With all the cloud and streaming services like Netflix, finding it hard to personally justify more than a 16 Gb device. 32 on the outside.

It would be GR8 to have a 64GB device, even with iCloud available. With the things that developers can do and will do with Apps, the Apps will start taking up more space so why not a larger capacity iPhone? If they don't offer it, I won't shed a tear, but it would be nice to have.
