I cannot send email from my msn.com (Hotmail) on my iPad 2

I can receive mail in the email viewer. It will not retain my password and keeps asking me to re enter, but still will not let me send responses. When I try to see it in Firefox, it has been coming up as "You cannot view....we are working on fixing it. This has been going on for about a week.

I've never tried. I like the iPads own email app and safari browser does what i need. sorry i cannt help anymore
