I wanted to try something different, so I plan on selling my iPhone 4, I ported to Sprint because they will give me $125. Along with amazon selling the phone for $144.99.. I was wondering will Sprint get the iPhone 5 mid sep also?

with sprint everything unlimited comes to $80 plus discount compared to paying $90+ with discount AT&T,

No, Sprint isn't expected to get the iPhone 5.
$144 for an iPhone 4? It's worth much more than that. Won't you still owe AT&T roughly $200 for the ETF?

sorry, I meant evo price dropped to $144, I am planning on selling my 32gb for $500 or so. I'm torn.. I'm going to a sprint store during lunch and test out the evo 3d.. I'm 50/50 here

Check for apps that you currently use and enjoy on your iPhone. That's my best advice to anyone making the jump to another platform. I'd also give the Nexus S some consideration, simply because it runs stock Android and more likely to get OS updates before other phones.

ok, I just got back from the Sprint store.. I don't really like their OS.. it's just too much (i'm pretty techie).. I also realize I do no want to buy 32gb micro sd which probably will read slow ass hell.. bulky.. When I get my shipment in from Amazon, instead of returning it I'm going to sell on craigslist.. Can I sell easily or let Sprint know?

I think it would be easier to return it to Sprint. If you keep it and cancel the Sprint contract, they'll bill you for the subsidized portion of the phone. You can probably call and cancel the number port since you haven't activated it yet.

Ditto. Not impressed with neither the EVO 3D nor CDMA. If ever you flip I'd say Sensation or SGS2 at this point. As for the SD card speed does matter so go with class 6 or 10 especially since it's so easy to move and work with files to and from the phone.

So the moral of the story is that sometimes the grass is not greener on the other side !

Its always good to check whats new out there so you know if your current set up is still providing you what you need.

You can still try it out as long as Sprint is doing that 30 day money back guarantee. I had my EVO for 27 days or so before taking it back. I even dropped in on concrete and they still refunded every dime and I didn't have to pay for the 1 month of service.

At least now I know for sure that I don't want the EVO

Just an FYI, I work for sprint and we received an email that we will be getting the iPhone in September. I hope it wasn't false. In the meantime, I love my white iPhone 4 on AT&T. ;)
