iCal won't sync with MobileMe

Hi everyone, I thought I was lucky to not have many problems with MobileMe but that has all changed now. For some reason my iCal on my MBP will not sync with my iPhone or web MobileMe anymore. I have my prefs set to sync automatically, but my "back to mac" is kinda screwy I believe. I have a yellow triangle under "Back to My Mac: On" that says: "Back to My Mac isn't working properly because you may have more than one device on your network providing Network Address Translation (NAT). Try disabling NAT on one of the devices" - I have no idea what NAT is?! Any idea?

Now this hasn't seemed to be a problem til today possibly. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I need this for my businesss!
