If you were on a plane and happened to sit next to Steve Jobs what would you ask him? Remember you are talking to the man himself so no "Dude how come the iPhone sucks?" questions. You would most likely show him respect but at the same time get to get some info straight from the Apple CEO himself. So imagine...you get on the plane (first class), sit down and the man next to you says "Hi, I'm Steve..."

Honestly I'd ask him to move to another seat since I don't think Ive ever been on a packed first class flight.

The first thing I'd ask him for is if I could see HIS iPhone. Then, I'd ask him for a nice executive job (this is, afterall, a fantasy).

I'd ask a few fluff questions then figure out when the freaking update is going to finally get here.

My dad met mr jobs at a convention when he was running NEXT and said he's the best salesman he's ever seen. He just sucks you in (my dad is very anti Apple btw and discouraged me as best he could from me getting an iPhone).

It's obvious he was inspired by the Beatles in his younger years, but when he got in trouble for using their sound byte without permission he answered back with Sosumi...

So S.J. my question is why? Was it a sign of weakness, or were you just being clever? Does this stem from your problem with authority figures? How was your home life growing up?

I would say. Pleasure to meet you Mr. Jobs, of course i would shake his hand at this point. At that moment i would whip out my iPhone. and then make small talk, about the economy, maybe politics, the environment.. and hope for a long flight. because at the end.. I'd ask him what kind of jobs they offer. And pray to the gods of the iPhone that he said we have a Nice looking spot open, especially for you. and then he'll bust out his iPhone and then press the automatic disappear button and he'll be gone....... Just before i was going to ask him about the update.

Of course I'd give him a firm hand shake with a serious face. Trying to keep from giggling over actually sitting next to this tech industry giant. Then ask to swap iPhones so he can get his jolly's with the files I have on it. Then to find out that for months he's been running around with an iPhone that's able to download files, copy paste, has flash, able to e-mail multiple pics, chat with more than 1 person simultaniously, has a 60 hour battery, speaker thats louder than nextel phones, runs p2p apps (limewire) and the like. All on a souped up Edge connection (3G n/a). And every time I looked at him after discovering a new enhancement he had a devilish grin on his face. Then while pulling up to the gate he says "You know what? I like your style P, why don't we keep this swap under raps. I'll have my people send me another one. You take care of yourself & that phone". We again shake firmly. He winks, we part.

oh yeah, my question, I forgot. All into Steve Jobs phone lol- I would have too many. But I would ask this. Will it happen? Most of the fixes. Are they possible through updates? Way bigger than the 1.0.1 teaser. Will it happen & when. And if not, why not?

I he's a fascinating individual, and I'd have a great time talking shop if he were so inclined. I give him gobs of credit to have made a lot of something out of nothing. But I'd give him gobs more credit if he asked half as many questions of me as I did of him.
