iFuntastic Help

Is iFuntastic out for Windows XP anywhere or is it a Mac only program. Also does it have its own website. I've been doing some googling for a while now and cannot seem to find it.

edit: I also do not have an iPhone yet, is that required to use this program?

So. I downloaded iFuntastic and unshackled the iPhone. Now, when I try to change the carrier logo, etc, I get the message on the bottom of iFuntastic that says "Talking to the iPhone. Timeout in <insert number of seconds.>" It always times out.

What does this mean? What do I do? I tried restarting it when it says this but it does nothing.

Any suggestions?

I'm going to try downloading iTunes 7.3.2 (assuming this is caused by iTunes.)

All because of iTunes.
This allows you to drag and drop files to and from your iPhone - without it jailbroken.
