I'm finally seeing faster 3G speeds.

I live in the Chicago area and I've never seen anything more than 3mbps on speeds tests from my phone. Finally, yesterday I got a 5+mbps test result. I realize that a lot has to do with HSPA+ on this 4S, but even with this phone, I wasn't seeing this till now.

Anyone else on AT&T starting, or have seen speed increases?
