I'm waiting in line for the 3G white iPhone

I plan on upgrading to the white iPhone 3G. Anyone offer any opinions? Is it worth upgrading? Tell me if this thing is worth it.

As long as you get one it should definitely be worth it. I have restored 4 times now and I can't get rid of the yellow issue so hopefully you get a better quality phone than I.

I played with a 3g black phone, i cannot comment on the white itself, but the screen was only marginally a different shade than my V1 phone. I didn't like the plastic to begin with, but it isn't nearly as bad as i thought. I actually really liked the phone, much the same as I like mine. It was nice, the only thing is that in our area, there is no 3g, so i cannot comment on the speeds, edge and apps functioned much the same. The only thing that struck me odd, was the battery. It seemed as though the 3g phone battery was wearing down faster, as it started with a higher charge, and ended with less thoughout the same time and programs. No wifi was available, so we were both on EDGE.

Good luck though, it seems like its worth it for sure!

Did you get it? I have a white one, and love it since it is different than the standard black.
