Ever since I updated my phone I have had this problem. Im pretty sure the reason is because my Visual Voicemail was reset along with the system restore. I set up my voicemail however when I am using various apps or at the homescreen I get a box to enter the Voicemail Password.
Any Ideas?
did you ever set up your vmail before you had visual vmail?
Cingular/ATT has the ability to check your vmail from another phone or landline after you set up a digital pw to access it.
I believe you must actually dial your vmail from your cell phone to set it up.
Im sure you know how to dial your vmail, so try that out and go through the prompts.
