Inflight Power charger?

Has anyone tried using the Inflight Power charger (www.inflightpower.com) with their iPhone?

When the light is glowing red on the charger and I plug it into my iPhone, my iPhone does not indicate that it is being charged.

might not be enough voltage? How much voltage does this thing put out?

Check out the Igo chargers(igo.com), I know I know anothet i product but these hace been out for a few years now and they make adapter tips for most portable electronics as well as solutions for 110v, 12v, and plane.
