Installs from Cydia. Always getting an error. What gives??!

Everytime. Install a theme or something. This comes up

I even purchased lock info and when I went to uninstall a theme that got uninstalled too somehow.

I keep getting these for everything. How to clear or fix. Pls pls help.

Thread moved to the iPhone Jailbreak section. You will need to remove the dylib file, once that's removed, reboot the iPad.
