These are both a slim/minimal snap back case with an attached smartcover
Both of these cases fit the iPad mini perfectly and add no bulk or weight
Both fold completely flat for hand use and both have magnet covers for the auto on/off feature
Invellop plus's are cost!
And it folds into the triangle to hold the iPad upright on the desk best. It is very stable
The leather is fake but it feels good in the hand. I like this case and will be using it daily
The con is that it smells horrid
Big plastic smell. No worries. I'm sure it will fade in a day or three
The x-doria is excellently made. The back plastic has a diamond pattern and the smartcover is VERY Apple like
My only beef is that it doesn't hold the pad upright very well. It slips out
