iOS 5 software issues on iPhone 4

So I can't seem to find a definitive fix for some of the issues I'm having after downloading the new IOS 5 software to my iPhone 4.
1. cannot add new contacts to contact list: the '+' sign no longer shows up in the upper right corner.
2. cannot add an event to the calendar
3. wifi sync box won't allow me to click on it. weird

Any ideas? Powering down and restarting doesn't seem to work. Thanks ya'll

I think someone else was having the same problems recently. If youve already done the hard restart. Try restoring and setting up as new and not a backup.

Correction I see you did not try a hard restart only a power down and reboot. Try a hard restart. Hold down power and home buttons until you see the Apple logo and then release.

For the wifi sync issue, you have to plug into iTunes with cable you normally sync with. Then it should let you choose the box for wifi sync.
