It's out at the same time for all. But, you have to account for the timezone you are in.

You're right about that. I wanted to update before going to work, but I'm on the East Coast and I'm three hours behind Cali so I have to wait until after work. By the time I get home the web site will be very jammed up so I might have to wait for hours later or the next day.
I'm still excited! It's going to be like having a new iPhone before having the actual new iPhone! YAY!
If I had to guess, I'd say morning on the west coast, so maybe high noon for the east coast or 1:00. You have to give them time to get their morning coffee before they push out that update.

Sharunda rocks as usual. Looking forward to hearing how the iOS 7.0 downloads go today and hope to get to it sometime in the next couple of days.
