iPad mini apps

I already own a good number of iPad apps. I wonder if iPad Apps will work on iPad mini?

Apple was smart on that part as a developer I'd be mad to yet come up with a new version of my App

It's 275,000 not million but since its the same resolution it should scale without the developers having to do anything.
