In order to compete with kindle, it is rumored that Apple will create iPad Mini and it will be release maybe next year. Does Kindle consider an iPad killer? And is that the reason why iPad will produced cheaper iPad (iPad Mini)?

Apple is not compelled to do anything in respect to "competition". Obvious by the recent release and astonishing sales of the recent released iPhone. They didn't buy into the gimmicks or need to compete with droids or others.

Regardless of the "rumors" of an iPad mini I doubt it has anything to do with kindle. I would be surprised of we saw an iPad mini since we all ready have a few. They are called iPhones and iPod's. 
Not gonna happen. why would they bother? It's not like people are boycotting the current iPads.
The form factor is silly. Can't put it in your pocket, you still have to use two hands, and a 1:1 keyboard won't fit on it. And then there's the problem of adding yet another resolution for the app store to support.

It wouldn't be a good product. Steve didn't plan it. Steve doesn't want a smaller tablet.

I also do not see a mini iPad being produced. Like Rugaby said, we already have them ie: iPhone / iPod. IF they see a niche for it, they will make one.
Even then, I don't think they will. Apple isn't interested in filling niches. Apple is interested in making what they consider to be the best products. If that doesn't fit with what a certain group wants, they are more than happy to let another manufacturer go after it. Their resources are better spent elsewhere.

That rumor is stupid.ipad is perfect size for tablet.only that they can do is to increase size of iPhone...nothing else doesn't make sense! I think a lot of people agree with me!

I think it's more like, "If Apple makes it, people would want it."
