Try removing gridlock & barrel, do a hard reboot of the device, then install 1 at a time & see if that helps.
There is also a slider in Barrel:
"FolderEnhancer Fix"
I was having a small glitch when using Barrel, the last page of icons would "jump" when settling into position.
I activated the slider and problem went away.
You might wanna give that a shot also.
I do not use FolderEnhancer or GridLock....
