My iPhone 4 has been taking photos with like a lense halo around the photo in the 4 corners.. It's like an outline of the lense... Anyone know what the issue could be?

No, I took some with the case on and then took the case off and still the same.. Dunno if you'll be able to see this very well, but this pic is a good example of what I'm talking about.. Look to the corners and sides.. If its shows the full photo, you'll see it.

There very few.. The camera almost takes a photo of the edges of the external lens cap.. I don't know if others have a similar issue or its just my phone..
There is a definite vignette on the top L&R and bottom right. Any recent drops to the device that may have jarred the lenses loose?
That is what I was thinking, that is is due to a drop.. Haven't dropped from what I remember in the last two years.. But it's possible..
Take it to an Apple store. They will replace it if its under warranty.

Probably not likely that the Apple store would swap out figuring its 2 years old and I got it at best buy.. I'll just opt for the 4S or 5 model I guess.. Thanks for all the input..
