iPhone 4 getting heated

Hi guys, I am facing an weird issue on my iPhone 4, 4.3.3 JB'ed.

I was using phone in flight mode from last three days. Today I disabled it & started using net on edge. Within a minute I started feeling that my iPhone getting warm. It never happened like his earlier. I confirmed with my bro, who also said it's warm. Earlier also I had used net on edge, but it wasn't warm, then why now ?

Also if there is any app which can say the temps then do let me know.

Have you seen the high temp screen appear on your phone? The phone does sometime get warm when you're browsing heavily and/or downloading something or using games etc.

How warm are we talking? Too warm or just warm?

Wow, does iPhone itself alerts ? I didn't knew about this. And yes, no such screen has appeared.

And we are talking about just warm.

Yes, you will see a screen that looks like this.

The high temp screen will clear itself when the phone cools.

Nope, no such screen. I must say iPhone is intelligent !

Btw it cooled of gradually. Currently it's fine
