iPhone 4s faulty button

I have an iPhone 4s and the volume + button is faulty the slight touch or even near it and the volumes goes right up anyone else with this problem ?

I recommend making an appointment with a genius at Apple. They will replace it. I'm assuming you can recreate the problem.
Make sure you back your phone up day of appointment.
