You'd be surprised. The speed increase in browsing alone makes it worth it to me. You can sell the iPhone 4 for $300+ on craigslist.

I know I vowed I would not upgrade my iPhone 4. I'm glad I did. I notice a big difference in load time and response for highly intensive graphic content such as my game apps. There is also the better camera and most importantly Siri which I love.
