My order says Delivers between 10/7 and 10/10. So I figured I would get a charge next week and then it would ship out after that. Not a charge now. This makes me think it'll go out sooner.
Very nice! I hope you are right because I'm not far behind you with a 10/8 - 10/11 ship date.
I hope so too. However, my second iPhone 5s order didn't charge yet and that one has the exact same Deliver dates as mine does. I'm mainly concerned with the deliver date. I want them to be the same for both iPhones.
I'm guessing that I'll get another charge shortly for the second iPhone 5s and then next week around 10/1 and 10/2 they'll ship out for a deliver date between 10/7 and 10/10. Heck, or sooner.

It's a pending charge as I've used a Debit card. If this s not going to be an actual charge it will fall off in about three businesss days, if not tonight.
Thanks for reminding me. I tend to forget about that. Well at least something is happening.

Apple, this was and still is a little disaster.
Oh well. We'll get them on different days but the good news is we are getting them.

I put my T-Mobile prepaid SIM in it and it worked. So then I restored the phone in iTunes to see if I would get the "Congratulations, your iPhone is unlocked" message and I did. And finally, I verified the unlock online here:

My iPhone actually shipped to be delivered on October 3.
The other iPhone is still processing. I think it'll ship during the week. This is GR8 for me but hubbies isn't on its way. He's a good sport. I was not happy but he says It'll be here soon since mine is on the way.

Was your husband's the same original shipping date as yours or were they ordered individually?
That is exactly what happened at our house! When my UPS guy brought the second phone he asked me how I liked mine and laughed and told me I was sweet when I told him I waited for hubby to get his so we could open them together

Check your bank account and see if there is a pending charge. It might be trucking along right now. They shipped my phone out after midnight last night USA time. It's coming from China so that was morning for them I suppose.
I ordered both phones on the same day about two or three minutes apart. That's all it takes for such separation apparently, with orders happening at thousands a second. Both orders were Shipping in 7 to 10 businesss days so I figured I would get them the same day, but oh well. Main thing is Hubby is not angry at all. He's mellow about the whole thing. This is my Birthday gift to him. His birthday is December 5, yeah, so it's early.

AWWW that's so nice! I can't do that. I wanted to but I have to send my iPhone 5 out as I sold it already and i want the $ for it so there will be no waiting. LOL! Hubby understands that. It's cool.
I'm very happy that the iPhone is coming waaaay before I thought it would though. This is a good thing.
Now for the case purchasing extravaganza! Since I have more confidence that this Space Gray may not scratch like the iPhone 5 was prone to, and look horrible, I am not limited in cases for this iPhone. So Off I Go!

Okay. I just checked the UPS tracking and it says that the iPhone will be delivered on October 1st not October 3rd like it said previously. I guess they just sent it out and the info wasn't solid, now it is, because UPS says so.
Delivers Tuesday, October 1st by end of day. WOW! I will have to stay home that day, unless hubby doesn't get OT.
This is even better news! I'm totally stoked right now!

I am so excited! I feel like I haven't done anything to prepare for the new arrival. I have so much to do. LOL! I ordered three cases from Incase. I've put in my order with SGP for screen protectors. Oh so many things to do. LOL!
No, really, I have nothing here I can/want to use. I do have a screen protector that I'll give my hubby and I'll go naked until mine show up. I have some cases I was using on my iPhone 5 but, EWWW! I don't want to use them on the new iPhone 5s, so that means I'll have to use the Apple leather case until my Incase cases show up.
Oh what a quandary, this Apple iPhone life.
This is funny, the first day I had my 5S I had to use the case that I was using on my 5. I was thoroughly unimpressed with my new phone, got my Apple case in the mail yesterday (they send them fedex smart post) put it on and I feel a lot better about my phone, stupid, I know, but there it is. With almost no physical differences between my old phone and new one, I needed a new case to enjoy my 5S.
