I am really sick of this release for the 5S. I got up and ordered my phone at 3:00 am on launch day. Had a confirmed email at 3:16 am. Was told it would be 7-10 businesss days. Others had their phone shipped last week. I have nothing. People are going to the Apples store and walking out with a phone. I called the Apple store and was told that I should come in today at 10am. I get there and suddenly Apple changed their policy. They only sell the phones to store pickup. They said it was not fair for me to come in in the morning and get a phone when a guy who works 9-5 can't get his phone because of working. That is a load of crap. What about the guy who ordered over a week ago when store pick up was not allowed. Here I sit with no phone and still in processing.

WOW! This sounds horrible. I ordered two iPhones I'm getting one tomorrow and the other I don't know when.
I don't know who told you that crap. I hope you did not cancel your order. Just sit tight.
However, the In store pick up option was cancelled last week by Apple from the info I got. Then they were trickling in to stores and it was first come first serve. It sucks, I know it, but Apple is trying to get these phones out as fast as possible. I know this because I wasn't due to get mine until next week, but mine is coming tomorrow. My hubby, unfortunately is coming next week probably. I ordered them on the same morning a minute apart.
I know this is frustrating and you can vent here, but hold on, you'll get it soon. Just don't be tempted to cancel your order.
