iPhone being remotely accessed

I have an iPhone 4 on AT&T and was standing there holding it, when I witnessed my phone start access e-mails and texts. I watched in amazement trying to figure out what was going on, when I realized, someone was accessing my content remotely.

Does anyone know how this is possible and how I could catch whoever is doing it?

How can I find if the SSH is installed?

Open cydia, manage, packages. See if OpenSSH is listed.
Also go to the main cydia page and read about changing the root password. Suggest you do this ASAP.
