works in speakerphone mode


tried restoring and resetting to no avail...help?

Sorry to hear about your experience...at this point you should either call Apple an arrange them to send you a box for shipping to them or if you are close to an Apple store bring the the phone and show them exactly what is wrong.

i have an appointment at the genius bar in 2 hrs


just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience


i got a great screen to, a 5 series screen thats whiter and brighter than 3 of my friends' 7 series screens...arghhh

now with a new one ill have to enter the screen lottery again

dude don't worry about the screen, try to get a new phone bud. Let us know what happens. All the best.

i don't have my box or receipt with me

but since i activated it, my info should be in their computer right?

im at work in nyc and i live out in the suburbs...

will they exchange it for me without box and receipt etc?
