I've seen numerous threads about creating and copying folders from the iPhone to the PC but still can't seem to get past this issue. I have created several folders on my iPhone 4S IOS 5 and cannot figure out how to get them to the PC during sync or any other method for that matter. My wife and I share photos but I don't want to get into emailing every one. I'd rather just copy the folder and put it on our network drive. How do I find the folders I created on the PC ?

Not sure I understand what your asking. What type of folders did you create on your phone that you are trying to sync to your pc?
You mentioned pictures. These folders are created on your pc and synced over to your phone via iTunes. If you are talking about pictures you take on your phone they are stored in the phones " camera roll". They do not get synced back to the pc. If you want those on your pc you can email them to yourself or go to "my computer" on your pc. Find your iPhone device, and copy the pictures.
