If you want to use it as a phone though you ll have to get it unlocked. or all youll have is an expensive ipod touch.

yep mine is on 3....i say its on 3 but its actually using orange although its a sim card since 2g phones wont pick up 3g networks if that made sense..but im getting 3s services in terms of data usage
but its using oranges edge as oppose to 3s since 3 don't have edge...
