just called my local state farm . 30 bucks a year zero deductible. painless 10 min process.
I have American Family and I got my phone and my girlfriends phone added to our homeowner's policy for $6 a piece. I do have a $50 deductible and I'm covered for damages, lost and stolen phones. I'm psyched.

Damn, I never even thought of this. Has this worked out for anyone in New York? Hell, I'm (auto) insured with Geico. Anyone try them out?

Hey does it depend on where you are located...? I have State Farm also and they told me that the iPhone is not covered. Any ideas?
Mine is insured through Farmers in AZ, let me know if you need contact info. Your policy will probably change from zip code to zip code as insurance companies often raise rates if you live in an area with higher crime rates etc.

This is a great idea!

This will go on my "things to do when get my iPhone" list

Thanks!

Now, lets have someone hammer their glass and see how quick they replace it! =P

I am insured with Met Life and added the iPhone for $6 a year on what they called Scheduled Personal Property - I have all risk insurance so it is covered against all damage and theft.

No accidental insurance avail

just called my local state farm . 30 bucks a year zero deductible. painless 10 min process.
man where do you guys live? I live in MO and State Farm does not insure it...It is however insured under the homeowners warranty, but that is just if it gets stolen or is in a fire... No accidental insurance available.
