It ranks number 5 with a Cnet rating of 8.0. There are a couple of phones above it with ratings as high as 8.3.

actually it's tied for fourth with four other phones. Out of the top 10 they list five with a rating of 8.0.

Wow......Cnet is always sooooo right......I'm rushing out right now to get my Nokia 5300 Xpress Music!

I used to love Cnet, but it seems like all their reviewers are idiots now. And I love how they allow user "reviews" months before a product is even released.

The section on Smart phones doesn't even list the iPhone at all!

The section on AT&T phones lists the iPhone as 4th behind the LG CU500? I don't think so.

and the enV and Upstage having the same rating as the iPhone. uhhh i've played with both of these phones and they are nowhere near what the iPhone is.

My sis has the Nokia 5300 and it is the biggest piece of crap barely holding together it is built so cheaply. Cnet is so biast its not even worth talking about..
