I just got my new iPhone and love it. I do have a few questions though. ( They are probably dumb questions so bear with me. )
1. The ringer is incredably quiet. I have the volume all the way up but still never hear it ring. Is there anything you can do about that?
2. Another one is that I usually keep my Bluetooth headset in my car. It connects when I turn it on but if I get out of my car and come back it is no longer connected. Shouldnt it connect automaticly when I get within range?
3. Oh yah, another question I had was about the web. Is there a way to close out the last page you have open or do you just return to the home page to close it out? Everytime I open it back up it is on the last page I was on. It seems as if it has been running the whole time or something.
Thanks for your input.

I don't know about the second one, but the first one I can answer. Currently, that is the loudest the ringer will get. Hopefully, with a future firmware update, we will see louder ringers.

I think its something they need to fix. I have the same problem. I'll leave myl iPhone on my desk and walk into another room with my bluetooh headset and when I come back it doesn't attach again. I just turn it off /back on and it works. I hope an update fixes this. (Same with wifi, it doesn't allways re-connect.)

Yah thats what I have been doing. I just wasn't sure if anyone had any tricks. I think my biggest concern is the quiet ringer.

Highly doubtful. If they had any intentions of putting louder ringers on the phone, they would have from the beginning. That's why the call volume is so quiet, why the vibrate sucks, and why the ringers are so quiet-they're trying to conserve battery life.

1 - I haven't experienced this myself. In the past, I've suggested cleaning out your ear wax as a possible solution or seeing an ear doctor to have your hearing checked.

2 - Every Bluetooth headset and cell phone I've used has this issue. Currently my iPhone and Jawbone headset are no different. To reconnect it quickly, just press the talk button on your headset and it should automatically reconnect within a few seconds.

As for # 3, web pages always run in the background. If you don't want whats on the page either go to a different page or click the button on the lower right, it will create a new blank page. Click the button again and close the first window. Now all you have is a blank page and the previous page has been closed.

Thats what I do sometimes, but having it run in the background isn't a big deal.

Ok cool, I wasn't sure if I was not seeing something or if it was just normal.
