I had sold my iPhone on eBay and had bought a Treo 750. The Treo did not come with a SIM card and I think that I have to send my iPhone with the SIM card included. When I send the iPhone how will I get a SIM card for my new phone?

Do NOT send your sim with your phone. Pop it out and stick it in your Treo. It should work fine. I used my iPhone SIM in my Nokia 6620 while my iPhone was getting repaired.
ONly thing that was screwed up was voicemail because the Nokia cannot understand Visual Voicemail. But that could have been fixed with a call to AT&T

buy it from a compatible wireless service provider or take the sim card from your old phone and put it in the treo. if the iPhone was you first phone then you will have to buy it.
sending your sim with the iPhone will give the buyer youre # and info. keep your sim and use it in your new phone. as for the buyer, they will have to order a new sim from att for their own # and account.
