the seam between the chrome and the brushed metal on my iPhone snags my hair when i put it up to my ear to use it. anyone else have this issue? I am pondering taking it back to exchange it. do you think this to be a valid reason to exchange. I have no other issues with it and am very happy with it I haven't dropped it or scratched it just snag my hair.

Well I've got one of those Jam Jackets covers and it never happens for me. I don't have long hair over my years but when it gets long well, it doesn't get "long" but does the "Kramer thing."

Seriously I love Apple products but if I could change one thing I would change the enclosures they put on their products. I know Apple products can be study overall but the covering can be quite delicate. I even have a plastic shell thing on the outside of my MacBook Pro. it protects the surface and is easier to hold to just like the Jam Jacket on my iPhone.

You're kidding right? I would love to be there when you ask them to replace your phone because your hair is getting snagged.:laugh2:

I actually thought this thread was outright silly...... that was until
today. I think the OP put hoodoo on my iPhone[JOKE]. I been getting my hair
pulled/snagged all day on my phone. I keep my head slick [bald] most of the time, but atm its about 1/8th an inch long and getting yanked out
by my iPhone.

Same thing, the chrome bezel where it attaches to the phone.

My BEARD has lost a couple of hairs. I've learned to be more cautious.
I had a RAZR before the iPhone which killed getting my sideburns caught in it.

I haven't had the problem at all with the iPhone, but it could be because the case protects against it.
