What was I thinking? Agreeing to take my wife and my mother shopping at Nordstrom Rack on freakin' Labor Day? It's a good thing I have this iPhone here to keep me company! Woot!

Playing games. Watching youtube videos. And, of course, posting on the forums. All while holding the gals' place in line! I'm scoring points on top of it all.

i had the same realization. After going back and forth between NJ and OH multiple times this summer you learn that the iPhone is your BFF.

the iPhone is ideal for bordom. i drive a taxi at one of the airports in california and after every ride i head back to the port to get in line . i have to wait for the next flight somtimes and hour so out comes the i phone. videos games got my fm transmitter listen on the ipod a while . so i actually have three devices, and 8525 htc pda phone windows 6 which i use for my gps and my slingbox which i watch my own tevo from home on it . then i have the sony psp which is the best portable game console yet (tiger woods golf 2008) which really passes the time and my iPhone . my dream is to have all of these devices in one phone some day someday. so im quite unbord . love the devices, have made my life and work enjoyable again . larry ca

That's awesome, Larry! Which airport? I'll call you for a ride and we can talk gadgets! Can you tell us more about how you're accessing your Tivo via Slingbox via wireless? Now wouldn't that be sweet if our iPhones could do that?

Okay, to clarify, it was Nordstrom Rack. The clearance and outlet store for Nordstrom's! So, my mother and wife are all about scoring the deal. Like some fancy skirt for $17. Looked pretty damn fine on my wife, I might add. So, the bill was more like $200.
