iPhone takes over trackpad

I placed my iPhone on my trackpad of my ibook g4 and my mouse starting moving around. and i tried putting my finger on it and i couldnt control it whatsoever until i moved the phone. kinda freaky.

that has to do with the edge network. It interferes with the trackpad. Others have noticed that it will mess up the wheel on your iPod if you keep them close together.

ahh now i feel bad i was yelling at my bro because i thought he dripped my ipod lol

haha well i am glad that i was able to clear himbut also hope i could ease your nerves. It is strange that edge would interfere with touch pads. I am reading more into it right now actually.

all cingular phones do crazy stuff like that, My iPhone takes over my ipods trackwheel and also when its next to speakers and an incoming call is coming in a very large irratating feedback like noise can be heard right before the ring. Also other annoying speaker things. My bluetooth mouse also is afffected by it too.
