iPhone update not found

I have just got home from work and tried the iPhone update button and it tells me it cannot connect. This is the first time it has ever done this. Anyone else have this problem? Same thing with iTunes update.

My web connection is working so I know that is not it.

After 30 minutes of trying and one minute after posting this, it is telling me I am up to date............. I guess Apple playing more games with me as if the announcement yesterday was not enough.

There is no iPhone update as of yet. There should be an iTunes update, though.
