iPod CD cover problem

Ok, this happenes with my music and movies on my phone. I will put a movie or a new cd a random cd gets the cover art replaced with the new movie or cd. Here's a few pics, I have the new blink182 cd and the green lantern movie, yet the gl cover is on my blink cd. Some times the cd art will replace a movie cover, it's all random...any ideas ?

Try a hard reset. If that doesn't work, disable Genius playlists and unsync and resync your music.

Done hard resets and have resynced, do i turn off genius in iTunes ? I don't think I have it turned on tho

check my genius play list and i don't even have genius turned on, im re downloading the last software update abd gonna see if it fixed anything

You might want to consider a restore to factory settings if the problem persists after updating.
