iPod mode FF/RW/Progress Bar?

Am I the only one who misses the lack of the ability to scroll forward or back within a song, or the progress bar display with elapsed/remaining time?

Coverflow is cute, but for podcasts and audiobooks, for me it doesn't make up for lacking fast forward scrolling through commercials, rewind to hear something I wasn't paying attention to, and the progress bar to see if it's worth driving around the block to hear the last 2 minutes of a podcast.

you can .. play a song and if you see the Big wihte page with the music note symbol.. tap above the music symbol and you will see it u can play through the song and u can see the progress

I can't believe I missed that, I must have done most of my testing in landscape mode.
